Return and refund policy:

Denali Lights will gladly assist you with your Returns. You can return or exchange an equipment or accessory (“Equipment”) for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date of the original Equipment. Return the Equipment with your invoice, in its package, with all contents, undamaged and in good working condition, with no material alterations to the Equipment’s hardware or software, to Denali Lights. Refunds and exchanges will be less any shipping costs paid by Denali Lights. You will also be required to pay a 20% restocking fee based on the Full Retail Price of the Equipment listed on Denali Lights website.
